I have title deed of my house can i get education loan on that house

i have title deed of my house but i lost prior/sale deed of my property , can i avail education loan with the original of title deep and a certified copy of sale deed. ?

Yes You can. Some times the bank may insist for a paper publication regarding the lose of original prior sale deed or and affidavit from you stating that the same is irrecoverable lost. Some banks may insist for a paper publication again stating to use the particular certified copy as original. anyway loan cannot be denied for the reason of lose of prior deed.

You can apply for the education loan by mortgaging the the title deed. You can apply for the education loan with the title deed and the certified copy of the prior deed. When it is submitted before the lawyer for Legal scrutiny Report ,you will be asked to take necessary steps for the lost document. Go forward with your decision.
