I have my concerns regarding a property in Sarfesi Act

i am purchase a propety from bank through sarfesi act i am asking you that any loop holes for my previous owner therefore he file any case againts me aur bank he are eligible to file a case againts me
SARFAESI is effective only for secured loans where bank can enforce the underlying security eg hypothecation, pledge and mortgages. In such cases, court intervention is not necessary, unless the security is invalid or fraudulent. So eligibility doesn't arise
