I have a power of attorney for a property can I gift that property

a property was registered by me jointly in my and daughter's name. she is married. layer a power of attorney was executed in which she has given all the rights to me. now i want to gift half of the subject property to my son by way of gift as he has put in some money for purchase. is there any legal problem in case her consent is not taken?

Hi, if the property was buy by you and your daughter has no objection as she is already given you power of attorney then u may transfer some your property to your by way of gift deed or if u wish u may make a will in favour of your son to inherent the aforesaid to the extent which u want there is no any bar
