Does wife have any hold or right to stop her husband from transfering it to the other brother because he has never taken any responsibilty of the house nor given any money at home for household expenses, everything was born by the other brother only'
Any property received after partition is considered as a self acquired property. A person can dispose off or transfer the property in the manner he wants to. Wife will have no right over the property received by the husband by partition. Wife can only claim for the share in husband’s property after his death.
