Husband expired can wife claim share in inlaws property
02-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
Dear Sir My sister is married for the past 15 years, she does not have children. Recently her husband expired. My brother in law used to do business with his father.most of their property is on the name his father and mother ,some on the name of his younger brother. They are planning not to give any share to her. They are also torturing her to get away .Does she have any right on their property. Will it take a lot of time for resolution if she files a complaint of domestic violence .
