All of your in laws and husband's property will come to you as you are the sole legal heir of your husband and your in laws.
The property includes your mother in law property.
First you should get a legal heir certificate from MRO office.
Based on legal heir certificate you should get the properties registered in your name.
in case of a problem, we can also ask the court to declare you as a legal heir and get the same decreed and then get the properties transferred to your name.

As far as you have been legally married to your husband, and atleast have got the marriage registered at the magistrate office, you legally stand all fair chances to get the property in your name irrespective if the property is not in the maiden name as well

If you do not have a marriage certificate, you still stand a chance however, it will have a lot of documentation required to be filled

if you can be a little more precise as to how many years have you been married, and if the in-laws have a extended family as such can give us a fair view to understand the case and the way it needs to be filled
