How will grandfathers property divided

My grandfather property was not divided between uncles and my father. Now my father and grandfather both are no more in this world. So what is the law on distribution of grandfathers property. Will it be divided between my uncles who will be owner of my fathers property. I live with my mother and we still are in joint family. current status is my uncles need to divide the property.
As the property is your ancestral property therefore each every legal heirs have equal share in the said you are also entitled for 1/3rd share. Either you could partition by mutual consent and if your co-sharers are creating problem then you could file partition suit before the civil court
