Ok. Where is the property situated. How they took injunction? Where is the case heard? Who is the advocate. When was this title suit filed. Don't be frustrated, answer all the above question, change your advocate believe in God and think things cannot go worse from here,it will only go for betterment.

Dear client,
If i am not wrong, do you mean to say that you have been restrained by order of injunction for last 50 years ,if that be your case then you definately need to change the lawyer..because If you have been restrained with having legitmate right over the property its strange and hard to accept that it took 50years..rest all sugestion can be provided upon going through all the documents.

To do so you need filament a vacating application to be filed before the court who had passed the injunction and if a vacating application has already been passed and no steps have been taken in the said case then you can apply for a civil revision application before the High Court

You can petition the court to vacate an injunction, then file a suit to get a permanent injunction. In such a case you may receive relief from the interim or temp injunction. According to the Encumbrance certificate and title deed, you are the only owner of said property.
