How to transfer property via registered sales deed

In 2003 my grand father transfer a property from the ancestral property to my father's brother's son without the consent of my father Is there any right to my father to claim that property How can we proceed

You have not mentioned whether your grand father transferred his share or more than his share. If your GF transferred his share then there is no problem. The transfer is clear and valid. Anyway you contact me through lawroto since it is complicated issue.

Hello.the ancestral property your father is Right fight them file case in civil court you will get chance . Family tree certificate is important for your case .And you also file against him . Your grandson.
