How to transfer property to my elder brother through gift deed?

I have a plot near Allahabad which is equally share between two brother ,I being one of brother wants to give my elder brother as gift deed,what will the process and charge ,so that I can save stamp duty charge?
I would not suggest to go for a gift deed if both of your names are on record. It will cost you 1 percent stamp duty. Instead if gift deed, you should go for release deed. It will not cost you more than 5000 rs.
