How to transfer name of property ownership under Muslim Law?

My father has 2 homes, one in the name on my mother and other is in the name on me and my brother. I got my mother name house and my brother got the other one. how can i transfer my mother name to me ? my religion is muslim.
You have not specified that in what manner you got property which was in name of your mother.if your mother gifted to you than got it registered.if you got it under family settlement/partition than also get the document registered.

In any religion you can get that property on your name after mutual dividation of property by oral or written method and if you directly need this property on your name then your mother have to do a gift to you.
