Hi
you should file a partition suit for claiming your property in the court.
if you have details such as survey numbers, area, location of property, address of the property, then you can get the certified copy of the house from the nearest sub-registrar office.
hope this helps.

you have to apporch court for partition n seperate possession with ments and bonds. you will get your share and after that you can sold your share. you said that their is no document on your father. so if the property is ancister property if any document on your fore fathers r your having any current bills r water bills r also valied.

The first things to check here is 'on who's name is the property registered to, does it even belong to your father'. If so, you can always fight for your rightful share in the property

However, with the amount of information shared - you'd first need to check on the validity of the property documents with the help of survey number of the plot at the regional sub-registrar which will give you subjected information to proceed further

In case if the property belongs to your father, and the same is clarified you ought to have the right to ask for you share with a simple litigation suit filed at magistrate office of your talukath
