How to stop order of dismissal given by district court
21-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
Sir bombay high court has passed an order th at property issues will be not effected till further hearing by this court and property will not be distributed by metes and bounds. Buy partition proceeding shall continue and decree may allow . So plantiff filed darkast and district court has given order to collector to measure land and give 1/2 share . How this order will stop if high court has given stay.
FILE APPLICATION BEFORE THE DISTRICT COURT WITH ODER COPY EXHIBIT. LET EVERYTHING COME ON RECORD. THEN ARGUE THE APPLICATION ON MERITS. IT WILL BE STAYED.
REST I WILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE ORDER PASSED BY HON'BLE HIGH COURT.
