How to stop brother from using disputed Property

My parents had made a legal will and I have won the case in District Court. Now my brother who are in possession of those properties are selling their share to outsiders. How can I stop them doing and also they doing business from those properties(shops to be specific), is there any way we can stop them from taking financial benefits from those disputed properties.

Write a letter with a copy of judgement to the registrar of the property in that mentioned the same as mentioned the plaint details and personnaly meet the staff for taking into the accont and on Register No.2 so that further this property can't be processed for sell, take openion from advocate concrned if not agreed than think there is a black ship in your farm
