If the property stands in your sister name, you can't Sell the property as you are not a absolute owner. Your sister can Sell the property otherwise she has to transfer the property to you by way of Gift Deed or she can execute a registered Power of Attorney infavor of you authorising to Sell the property on her behalf.

NOT POSSIBLE, BECAUSE THE PURCHASER IS AKING TO SEE THE ORIGINALS AND AT LEAST TRUE COPIES, WHILE MAKING SALE DEED YOU SHOULD HAND OVER ALL ORIGINAL TO BUYER . BECAUSE BEFORE SELLING THE PROPERTY TO GET ALL THE ORIGINALS AT LEAST, CONSULT FOR FURTHER PROCESS.

Sir,
You rpoblme is different. One way you are saying that the document of the property stands in your name. On the other way you are saying that the original documents were stand your sister name.

I hope when you are not a owner of the said property you cant sale the said property. Until your name is shown in original records you cannot be refereed yourself as the owner. You cant sale the property.

If originals contain your sister name, how can in xerox papers your name is appearing? Did you do any forgery ? Whose property it is whether it is ancestral or your father's self acquired or your mother's inherited property ? You can't sell the property which is in your sister's name unless you have your share in it.
