How to resolve property dispute between the family

Father was passed away in year 2011 and mother was passed away in 2015 and one sister was married in year 1990 was passed away in year in 2006. my other sister was married in1970 she is still alive .myself and my elder is still alive.there is no will we have one house and one land .the property belongs to my father name.our sister is blackmailing us how to dispute the property.
You both will have to obtain a legal heir certificate from the office of the Tehsildar of your 'Taluk'. After that you will have to apply for partition and if there is any kind of problem or hindrance created by your sister then you can file a partition suit in the jurisdictional civil court.
