How to resolve dispute on ancestral property

M 1of legal heir in my ancestral property situated in Thane.hve total 3 uncles .I'm only son of my parents.father expired 20 yrs back.stayg with my mom.hve my step brothers( 2 brothers n 1 sister). 12 yrs back my other 3 uncles with my step brothers did registered aggreement with1 builder n took token amount.then aftr4 yrs thy again did agreement with some othr builder n took some amount.mine n my moms right is questioned n our shares value is deteriorating bcoz of my family members action.builders who gave token amt r demanding hefty amt to surrender thr rights which ultimately hurting my value.advice me what to do

Under Hindu Law every coparcener has a right to partition and entitled to a share on partition. In your case builders who gave token amount demanding hefty amt to surrender thr rights means they did the agreement in respect of their shate. And without your consent they cannot did agreement in respect of ypur share.
