How to remove my name from any sale deed

Last week my son and myself have entered in agreement of sale deed of a flat at Pune. Now I want to remove my name from the said deed. So that my son can avail staff loan from his bank. What is the procedure as we have not taken possession so gift deed cannot be executed.

Father has absolute right of disposition over his self ocquired property. He can transferred by way of gift , by way of waiving his right. But this can be possible only when he is the owner of the property.

Thanks for writing to us kindly make rectification deed and remove your name from previous agreements. We like to know how much amount is paid by u for purchase of that flat. Is that whole token amount is paid by u or ur son

Is it like construction of the building is yet to be completed? There is no such rule wherein you cannot execute Gift Deed without taking possession. Further you can also execute Release Deed and relinquish your right from the said Property. In both the cases proper stamp duty as required under law shall be paid and has to be registered.
