how to register property which is on someone elses name to your name

My uncle is no more but my some property pepars are registered on there name and we paid money behalf of my property ,but now my uncle sons claim for my property,some of my uncle property registered on my father name . So what should I do for register my property to my father.
You will have to file a declaration suit for the same. And as this transaction comes under the purview of Benami transactions. You can ask your cousin to settle the dispute. or you can keep the property which is in your father's name if it is profitable to you.
