How to recover the token money paid for purchase of property

I had made an agreement in April for purchase of property for 28 lack with the party, during agreement 10 lack was given and time given for 3 months for registration, but fault was found in the documents, the party took more than 5 months for correction, but after correction they decided to sell to another party however they returned only 9 lack and not returning my balance amount , I am working in Indian army, so I could not travel for these things again and again, now a days they started to threaten my parents plz tell me the best solution

I perused the facts mentioned in the above question, Firstly file a criminal complaint at the police station for threatening your parents. And file a suit for recovery of balance amount of Rs 1 lakh that the vendor is refusing to pay you back. You also entitled to recover the said amount with interest at the rate of 6% PA. In view of your inconvenience to travel again and again you are at liberty to appoint an agent by executing power of attorney.

based on the agreement entered into between you and the seller, you can file a suit for recovery of balance amount provided the agreement is still within the limitation, if you succeed, will get the amount together with interest

In property matters, like any other, what matters is the written proof. Please consult a good property lawyer and show him the Agreement signed in April and any other documents available. In case of any further clarification you can mail the copies of the documents to us for advice via email.

sir, first, you lodge a police complaint if you had obtained permission from your authority to purchase the said property for recover the balance advance amount. if not work out the complaint, then you can go for recovery suit, if the agreement is lawful. If you consult i can advise.
