How to recover payment from broker

Hi, 2 person from has cheated me 10 lakhs rupees in a land deal. Both are brokers.They have arranged fake land documents and land owner .First they did a GPA between myself and the fake land owner.Later with continious followup they made sale deed between myself and my father.We did a sale deed to transfer the land ownership.I have transferred whole 10 lakhs to one of the broker account and i have supporting documents .Post sale deed we went to the land to built boundry and found that it belongs to somebody.Not it is almost 4 years we are following up with the broker to return money or give a land.Nothing happened till now.Now i am thinking to file an FIR and case against those 2 brokers.Can i still do that?It is already 4 years passed.
Yes you can register FIR against them.Have you kept all documents regarding your land?you paid high amount of budget then you also direct file the case in civil court.on which account you transaction to other ,This transaction copy also required in this case.
