The partition deed has been executed between the two brothers or not??If the partition deed has been executed then definitely you can go ahead and restrain them from selling your share. If its not a partition deed and its a will from your grandmother then it will only come in force after lifetime of your grandmother. Therefore for any further details please contact thanks.

So long your grandmother is the owner,no one can sell the property. partition in two parts mentioned by you is not clear as to whether or not each occupant has been transferred ownership and same is recorded in revenue /registrar or concerned authority. your grandmother can file suit for injunction to stop sale of the property by anybody including her sons. You can get a notice published in newspaper on behalf of your grand mother that she does not wish to sell and if any body enters into an agreement and or execute sale document , he shall be responsible for consequences and that would be with out any legal authority as she has not given power to any one to sell .
