How to prevent husband from selling house

I live in husband`s house with my 15 years old daughter,from last 12 years.and now he is trying to sell this house.what should I do. Court give order for maintenance but he can't..I m worried for my daughter`s future.plz give me advise
You should have filed case for maintenance and for alimony from the husband. Secondly you can restrain your husband to either settle your case or not sell the property because due to marriage you are also equal owner in his belongings and property.

Hi,
You can file an application for stay in the civil court on the basis of apprehension that your husband will dispose off the property and run away while he is not paying the maintenance as ordered by the court.
You can file the application in the concerned court that ordered the maintenance .

You have to hold your possession in said property and therefore you can file a civil suit against your husband that not remove you or can't sale said property,
