How to obtain stay order over issue involving land
04-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
my grand father has sold our property in 1974 and which karnataka govt. gave to us that land in 1954 because we belong to Sc category. the buyer bought my land against the law and against to the tahasildar. we put a case against the buyer in 2002 at AC court but the case closed because we were very poor that time. now the case is reopened in DC court . but my land is ruling by buyer. i want to get stay order until it will be cleared. what to do ? help me sir.
There is no fixed formula for a stay order. It depends on the facts of the case and the papers involved. I will have to see all the papers and study the case history to advise you on this. Let me know if you need my help
If your land matter is reopened in DC Court it must actually be on appeal by you. You must agave taken help of some advocate for appeal and I see no reason for you to seek help of more lawyers for the same.
