How to modify Building plan after submitting the plan the Authority

I have submitted a plan for the construction of a commercial building (stilt plus three) floors to LPA here..the process is almost done 70% . But I want to modify the plan to (G plus2) which is within the limitations for the building. Is it possible to do so ? How to modify the plan and continue the process?
