How to make changes in ratification deed

Maintenance of layout like that,water supply clause is not added in my registered sale deed....Please suggest me can I include it in rectification deed -
If there is an error in the rectification deed and it may require further rectification. A supplementary rectification deed can be executed in such cases to correct the errors. This deed can be executed with reasonable stamp duty and registration charges.

Sure you can add the same in the rectification deed. Because these are the basic requirements in the layout.
But one thing you should note that the vendor should accept the same and if he files an affidavit in respect of the same, stating that adding of the recitals in the Sale Deed , if in his knowledge and he concerned for the same, then it will come more help in the future.
