How to initiate khewat partition process

Respected sir, let me try to reach direct main motive... i want to partation of our khewat. All of member of khewat are agree to do this task. please give a suitable advice and help from where and what documents is necessery to initate this task.
Partition suit can be initiated in civil court by making all persons who own a share of the land party to the suit. In the event there are no objections, the land will be partitioned in proportion to the shares.
