how to initiate action against builder for fraud

Res sir. I had purchased a peace of land in kuleshra village at greater noida from manoj kumar in kuleshra village at greater noida in 2009. After years I went to visit my property. After reaching there I came to know that the property dealer has sold the same property to another person and he has made a construction on the same place. I am since then trying to meet the property dealer but he is absconding. What action I should take against him.
Dear client first send legal notice to builder through lawyer and ask him to handover possession. If builder will not act as per notice then file case in district consumer forum for deficiency in service and ask immediate possession with compensation for mental harassment.
Secondly you can file a criminal complaint against the builder as well/

Firstly u want to know that who will purchased the same plot after you. Then file a suit for cancellation of the sale deed in the civil court. And summons as early as possible. Thereafter you will lodged an FIR against the property dealer NAMED in forgery 420,467,468,471 IPC. And pursue both of the cases.

Hello,
If at the time of purchase in 2009, you got the land registered in your name and you have the title you can file a complaint against them in the nearest Police Station also you can file a suit in the Civil court on the legal principle that one cannot transfer what he does not have and since you were the rightful owner of the said property it is only you who can sell the land and not anyone else.
