HI,
first DKT land means lands given to the poor and downtrodden people by the government on their
application. such lands can not transfer to any body and can not resell to anybody which is illegal.
in your case you can divide that 30 acres among five brothers equally. you can solve the problem between the
brothers in this way.
you can make an application to the tahasildar with regard to the land details and your economic position from the
last five years. you explain in the application about your status and willingness to surrender the lands to the government.
after enquiry by the revenue inspector government will take the decision.

Hi
DK patta land can be surrendered by one of the brothers making a representation to the District revenue officer . but that step will not be advisable.
Instead request you to settle the issue by approaching the Lok adalat immediately. Lok adalat is a mediation/arbitration court where family members settle disputes amongst themselves in front of the judge without any advocate .
this is the fastest and sure shot way of settling disputes.
hope this helps.
