How to handle registry Issues for property in Greenfields/Dayalbagh

We're Hindus. We wanted to buy property in Greenfields colony, Faridabad, but we've heard there are some legal issues in the area. Post registry, do we have complete control over the flat? What might be the issues if we buy the flat there? Legally, is it a good idea?

the major problem that residents are facing is water crisis. If this is resolved this a perfect location to live in. Presently the buyer is moving to neharpar, and u can see almost 50000 dwelling unit are being mde, and this could not have been possible unless the investers money is involved, I think the whole township of BPTP or other builders are very lucrative hence affecting the greenfield colony. There is also not a problem of electricity, water and registry.
From the legal point of view there is no issue in buying a property in the said are although, it is advisable not to buy property in the said area as the said greenfields area is not at all safe and following are the major problems faced by the residents of the greenfields area:
