How to handle inheritance of property without a will

25-May-2023 (In Property Law)
I would like to know the laws regarding property wherein there is no will left by the parents. My parents passed on without leaving a will. We are two brothers and two sisters, of whom I am the eldest. Now my sister, who is younger to me is planning to move into our parents house and take over the property without compensating the other members of the family. It should be noted that my youngest sister was living with my parents at the time of their deaths, however she does not own the property. Can my sisters take over the said property without compensating the others? What is my legal standing here? It should be also noted that we are a Christian family.
