I dont knw ki bond ki registry ptwari or tehsildaar ne kaise kr di. Now the problem is that ki us insaan ne loan clear kiya to bank ne property fir uske naam kr di. Ab wo us property ki or paise maang rha hai... Hmne tehsildaar ko b aplication submit krwayi but there is no any neccesay action. So please advice me what can i do. Dear queriest,
According to facts stated by you it is clear that you have duly registered property in question on your name (your name or anyone from your family whosoever).
When there is any loan or property is bounded it is mentioned on fard. At this time you have following options left with you:
1) ask the banker to handover to you noc or related documents of the said property as you have already purchased the property and the loan amount has been fully paid.
2) you can also press fraud and forgery charges on bank and the seller.
3) you can cancel the said registry and can demand your money back with interest.
I hope you get your query resolved. If you like my answer kindly give rating. For further assistance uou can contact me.

Dear Friend, I shall suggest you to get the FIR lodged against that seller who sold the property to you despite of it being mortgaged with the bank. This is a fraud committed by that person on you and there could be more persons involved in it, like the Patwari etc. So. without loosing any time further , file the complaint with the police and get the criminal case registered against them. In the mean time, One civil suit should also be filed seeking the declaration from the court that you are the sole owner of the property.
