How to go about partitioning of patta land

We are three partner ABC in a land of about 1500 sq feet and in patta all three of us have names now we decided to divide the land among us equally and patta also with separate namesA,B,C how much will it cost to us
For subdivision of land application is to be file before jaipur development authority.Authority(JDA)charge 75/INR per sq.yard as subdivision charges but your land is about 166.66 sq yards and according to rules subdivision can not be done for less than 200 sq yards land.Therefore for getting patta in individual name you are advised to file a joint partition suit before civil court and get decree of separate shrare,thereafter apply for patta in accordance with partition decree.
