How to get the property registered and what are the holding charges

I have a property in Noida in the name of my husband.Due to an official assignment he is travelling out of India.Builder gave the provisional possession but the registration didn't happen due to okhla bird century case .Now the builder is about to start the registration of the property.What are the possible options to get the property registered and in case i am not able to get the property registered,what are the holding charges for the same.
you can get a power of attorney from your husband authorizing you to execute the registry in his absence. Insuch a way even though your husband is not in India but you would be able to execute a valid registry. Holding charges depend from builder to builder and may also be done away with in certain cases
