how to get share of father's property when given by mother to one brot

My father left three plots of land. After death my father one of that plot has transferred by mother to my younger brother without my consent. In that plot my brother and he is now construct a house. But till date I have not get any property in my name so far. Is law help to stop the construction of my brother's on going construction work till the property is properly partitioned ?
yes you can stop construction till partition.... file for injunction in concerned civil court..... also write to the DC and the Municipal authority for revocation or suspension of permission till your brother produces a NO-Objection Certificate from you...

If the properties are in the name of father, all his legal heirs equal share over the properties. Your mother can transfer only if she is the owner of the properties. If she is not,she has the equal status as of you. You can file a suit for your right title and interest by right of inheritance and for partition of the properties left by your father.

If you had attained the age of majority at d time of transfered d said property then you may claim before civil court! Wheather your mother is alive or not is also a subsidery condition!i thik u may able to file case along with injunction miss petition to stay d construction:thanks
