You will have to file an application under Right To Information Act before the Municipal Corporation to get the papers of mutation . Every Municipal Corporation has an officer designate for the purpose of supplying the information aksked under Right to Information Act .
When you get those paper then ask for the paper by which your father was alloted this shop.
