How to get my land back from tenants who refuse to vacate?

I am Hindu have land but the tenant are goons not leaving land for past 10 years even not paying rent the paper of land only contain registration and khatian..can I get the land back

As per your query I would like to assist you that tenant have very limited as per the terms and conditions of contract. You should have immediately filed eviction title suit against tenant before court or before SDO court and also raised mesne profits as well as rent from the tenant otherwise he will take please of adverse possession, then it will be difficult for you to evict the tenant. at first you give him legal notice thereafter you can file eviction suit at appropriate jurisdiction civil court thereafter court his vacant the premises he his occupy in adamantly you land he occupy the same since long time hence you file civl suit after consultation from lawyer civil

As per ur issue which is serious one as urs legal right over the property is being breached.Yes there is a legal remedy to it which will give ack urs land from those who illegally holding it out .Its under sec 140 U have file acase against them
