How to get legal separation from parents if i'm a major

I am 34 year old male, i want legal separation by my parents with separate property rights . My religion is hindu
You have not mentioned whether your parents property is ancestral or self acquired.
If it is ancestral:
You have equal share in the property with your brothers/sisters to ask for partition of property.
If it is self acquired:
Your parents have all the rights vested by law to give the property to any of their children.
In both the cases,
If you are the only son to your parents, it has to devolve to you since you are the only heir apparent.
