How to get katha for agri land ?

I registered and bought 3 acres of land at bangalore - anekal taluk , in the year 2005. I am not able to apply and get katha for the above in my name. Consultants say that i need to show proof that i belong to agriculture family i.e they are demanding for proof of my family doing agriculture for 50 years. Please let me know what is the procedure.
If you are agriculture family, consult and explain briefly and transfer the property agriculture land in your name. No need to much procedure. Consult and show what and all documents you have and you get transfer.

To purchase agricultural property one should be agriculturalist prior to purchase or their family and not 50 years or prior to pruchase non agriculturalist has to obtain a permission from Assistant Commissioner.

yes. its a process, when you want to get khata that point of time tahsildar may ask you to show the agriculture certificate. if you born and brought up in Karnataka and any of your family member who having agricultural land then you v=can take that RTC and show to him, if not kindly call me will help you in this
