How to get house registered in joint name with brother in my absence

We two Hindu brothers wish to domolish the old building and build a new one in property belonging to our father. The concern I hav in this situation is, as I work abroad and unavailable in Bangalore , is there a legal way to get this property registered in both I and my brother name? We plan to go for a housing construction loan in this case to build a new one. What are our legal options in getting the loan approved by the bank in my absence if my elder brother applies for loan. Will my absence cause any impact in loan approval since the property will b registered on both name ? Advice furthe

If your father is demised, you both are only sons to your father you will become the owner of the property.

For getting Khatha transfer, sanction of plan and loan you can give GPA to your brother to that extent.

You can execute a GPA in favour of any person you want to represent you when you are abroad.
