How to get get approval for unapproved plot

I own a plot (bought & registered in 2012) from an unapproved layout near mahabalipuram. After the GO "Regularization of Unapproved Plots and Layouts 2017", I am not sure how to apply for the approval for my plot. Is this something I can do online? If so, can someone give me the exact link to apply? Or give me a step by step process of getting the approval. Thanks in advance. Pritam
Hi,
It shall be compulsory for all the individual plot owners and layout promoters eligible under rule 3 to file an application on-line in Form-I for regularization to the Competent Authority concerned along with the fees and charges as per the self assessment made and annexed with the application.
