How to get duplicate copies of death certificate

My father expired on 08/02/2017..no will..having only death certificate.now suggest me how to take duplicate copy of papers.also there was partnership with uncle and he don't want to do dividation while i and my mother strongly need ..and what is the process of getting court stay because advocates of that area are friends of uncle.i want to file case in jaipur only..is it possible ???

For division with your uncle you file a suit for division in terms of partnership deed.you can file case in jaipur if partnership deed is executed in jaipur or any part of cause of action arises in jurisdiction of jaipur court.so far as duplicate copy of certain documents are concerned first specify the type of documents.

You have not explained your problems without which no proper answer can be given. Cases can only be filed in a competent court having jurisdiction. You have also not given the details of your location.

Any of the blood relative can take duplicate copy of death certificate of deceased... U should contect to the concern department and give a application for duplicate copy of death certificate... Fee is around 10/- per copy
