How to get compensation for sewer constructed by govt

My khata shows a land of aprox 5 acres which is in the name of my ancestor buy circle oficer have held to cut the tax receipt of that plot and not to do mutation bcoz that land is just attached to road and water bodies nala are passing through it how to get compensate for that as it is used by govt ?
You would have to show as to how you have acquired the same and after having prove of it may apply for mutation of your name on the land which you are claiming your own. If the nala is passing through your land, you may complain to the local administration to change the passage other wise, you may approach to the local higher authorities about the complain being not attended by the Circle Officer. After all it is you land you could do anything upon your land even you may use the water flowing through your land.
