How to get certified copies of the sale deed made by previous owners?

My dad purchased a property in Bangalore in 1985. The seller had appointed a registered GPA and the GPA sold the property to my Dad. Since Dad was new to Bangalore and not much aware of the documents, the GPA did not give him the mother deed. Also there was a mismatch in the measurement also. We had a case in the city civil court and the judgement was not in our favour as well as the opposition. The judgement was ruled out based on 2 criteria's. One about the mother deed and second was the measurement. Firstly, is there a way a could get the certified copy of the previous owners and where to get it. Does it hold as a strong evidence. Secondly the measurement in the sale deed is different.The owner also died recently. Can anything be done about the measurement and the sale deed.
sir/madum, if you place both plain,written statement, evidence recorded from the side of the plaintiff and defendant, both side document and judgement and decree, then i can suitably advice what can you do next. your case can be set right even at this stage.

You take EC And RTC then You write a one letter to sub-register not a Matched measurement along with attached EC, and RTC then they give replay it will deside in court then u should file the Case with The office of subregistrar is known and approximate date of mother document you can file application for copy . EC may give these details . ECmeans encumberance certificate which has property and one more thing first take certified copy of the sale deed and then take encumberance certificate.after getting these documents go for paper publication saying that u intend to buy property if anybody has objection they can report to u within 7 days of the publication,if noobody comes go ahead ,.more details contact us thank you
