How to get back ancestral property cheated by cousin

My mama's dadaji had farming land property on his name after his death half of it was to be transfered on my mamajis name but my mamajis uncle transfered it on his son's name by cheating other family members and my mamaji and now he is denying to transfer it back to my mamaji Now what to in this case

It is my best advice for you that as early as possible will have to file civil suit for partition and declaration the ownership and permanent injunction. It is also important to advice you that your mamaji's uncle without informing you would have mutating the name of his son in the revenue record if it is correct then you will have to challenge the order of mutation before superior authority of revenue court.

Property was in my grandmothers name and my aunt was a minor 7 year old, and my mother was born after 10 years . kindly let me know wether my mother is eligible for the 50% share

As per Hindu Succession Act, property devolves equally upon Class 1 heirs (including sons and daughters), if there is no Will written. If your grandmother had only two children and the property was self-acquired property, and if there is no Will written by the grandmother, then, your mother should get 50% of the share. However, one can direct you correctly only after understanding the facts and circumstances in detail.
