How to evict relatives from our house

In 1980 TATA company acquired land in Bileipda village in which a piece of land of my maternal grandfather was also acquired.In return,a blue collar job was got which my grandfather offered to my father. In 2007 my father allowed his brother-in-law to move into our newly built house without any agreement,owing to above-mentioned help his father provided to us. But,after 2 years when asked to vacate the house. he denied and demanded a share from our property.After much persuasion,he has been providing a meagre rent since then.But we want his eviction. How to do it legally?(HINDU RELIGION)
Without sparing time you should immediately lodged an FIR against the said person for criminal trespass and encroachment. You must also issue a legal notice. Similarly you can initiate a civil proceeding against the said person. Do not forget to keep the acknowledged receipts of complaints and notices you issued in case if the polo do not take cognizance of your complaint then you can file a prii criminal case and also demand the possession. Kindly note that delay may cause harm to your case so quick action is required.
