How to evict father's brother from the property if the owner is father

My father's brother living on my property and they are not ready to go from there. Now what should I do. We are not living there but all tax and bills my father pays. Now I don't know how to tell them to go. There is the property they have in different plot but they are living in my constructed building. There plot is empty.please give me suitable solutions.
Tell them to smoothly and day by day you should take all the possession in your hand and convince to evict the possession, otherwise you should approach to civil court and get the injection on the said property or should file trespassing complaint.
