How to enforce property agreement

Sir wishing u.vill choubara distt Alwar .Last year we exchanged property between my Tau ji (father's elder brother) and me.my father expired when I was 1year old(1984).we write this agreement on 100₹ stamp paper and notary's signed.but they refused to give me trees on their land so I verbally cancelled the agreement but did not went to notary.this year I also told them to exchange property but they refused so I sold my own property .I first asked to my both Tau ji but they refused so I sold to other neighbour.now Taiji has put two case on me that I sold his property because they r following last year paper.second they want to divide home property with my father's sister (05) also.verbally it was my father property.sir what I do now.i m in Airforce staying with my mother and family.Hindu

You can not cancel an agreement verbally until such condition was incorporated in to agreement.sisters are entitled for equal share in ancestral property but in your case agreement was executed before 1984 therefore sisters have no right in ancestral property.so far as your question regarding effect of sale of property can be given after examining the agreement.

Before taking any step kindly consult from advocate. First of all prepare a legal notice in back date for cancelation of family settlement or agreement signed between you and your taurine. Contest the on the basis of canceled agreement

First of all agreement on 100/- rs stamp is not valid as it is neither properly stamped nor registered and as such the same is not admissible in evidence in court. Court may impound the stamp duty. Second if the property belongs to your father in documents then nobody has right over the same.

U have to tell me first that What kind of case he file against u....if its a case of specific performance of agreement than don't worry,, your chance of winning is much higher..... Any exact legal advice u should send me the papers of case
