how to do second appeal in High court???

I made sathe karar in 2002 for purchase plot in Alibag village with 50000_ advance remaining 575000- at the time of registration with condition to obtain fresh house repair permission from gram panchayat as the old permission was obtained in 1987.and there was no house on plot and to survey the plot and confirm boundary within six months by the seller. He did not fulfill both conditions and 2007 he gave paper notice to sell to third parties we objected to the notice and filed a case for specific performance in Alibag sd court. The judgement was fully in my favour on 2012 . The seller filed 1 appeal in district court and it was against me. I filed 2 appeal in High court on 2017 and got admitted. The judge mr. Kathawala say that if conditions are there in Sathe karar then this may not work my next date is on 14-8-17. Any relief or supreme court judgement in my favour. Any one to fight . I don't want to lose.though the amount and time i spent is more than the deal.
