How to do property distribution after father death if there is will

My grandfather has three property in Chandigarh... 1) Two property are in name of my grandfather and one property has in name of my uncle... which is purchased by my grandfather but at the time of registry my grandfather put the name of my uncle instead of own name and all payment made by my grandfather. 2)Now left with two property which is on the name of my grandfather..... what should i do now for protecting my father so that the uncle does not filed case against us after the death of my grandfather.

You should Claim you share out of the entire property by Filing suit for partition And if any property which has been purchased on the name of your uncle Sue for that property also.
You should ask to your grandfather to make Will of Family Settlement during his lifetime so that after death of your grandfather there should not be any dispute.
